What property are you looking for?

In our quest to purchase the perfect home of our vision, Mr. Mainor Arroyo played a major role. His calm and guiding personality pleases us every time we went to view homes in Costa Rica. After visiting the first few homes on day 1, Mainor figured out which one would fit our tastes and requirements within our price range. He then focused on showing us the properties that were always most perfect for us. Within three weeks of coming from the US, we had narrowed down to the top three and were closing on a property in exactly one month of looking at homes. Mainor helped us close and even beyond. He goes out of his way to take care of the smallest to the largest tasks for us. He has become my person (friend). English is not his native language but that doesn't stop him from communicating. I would give him five stars. My wife and I are so glad we found a gem of a person in him. I would highly recommend Mainor to anyone looking to purchase a property in Costa Rica.
